full registration fee = basic registration fee + conference dinner
student: enrolled in any regular undergraduate/graduate programme or participating in a PhD/doctoral programme and not received the degree yet
senior: retired scientist having no more research grant and/or financial support from her/his former institution
after the publication of the final scientific programme (early June, 2010) the day or the period has to be fixed (periods: first half: August 22-25; second half: August 25-27).

econference dinner tickets will be sold separately on spot in limited number for EUR 40
programme + one warm meal (main course) included; drop off time 8.30-9.30 am, pick up time 4.30-6.30 pm

Basic registration fee for conference participants includes:

• Participation in scientific sessions
• Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremony*
• Electronic version of the Abstracts volume
• Congress bag with conference materials
• Icebreaker party*
• Coffee breaks

The IMA2010 field trips are opened for registration only for the registered participants to the IMA2010 conference.

Registrations will be acknowledged in writing. Official invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site upon registration. On site, registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in cash in convertible currency or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted. They should be cashed at the banks.

Registration fee

In case of cancellation of registration received till June 20, 2010, the refund is 100%.
From June 21 to July 31, 2010, the refund is 50%.
No refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after August 1, 2010.

Hotel accommodation

In case of cancellation of hotel reservation received till June 20, 2010, the refund is 100%.
If received between June 21 and July 20, 2010, the prepaid hotel deposit will be kept and the rest of the payment will be refunded.
No guaranteed refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after July 21, 2010.

Field trip

In case of cancellation of a field trip received till May 31, 2010, the refund is 100%.
From June 1 to June 20, 2010, the refund is 50%.
No guaranteed refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after June 21, 2010.
